Directions of Use:
To season a Ginpo Claypot:
- Fill the pot with clean water (about 80%) and bring to a boil.
- Add wheat flour mixed with water, simmer for about five minutes, and let it cool.
- Wash and dry the pot before use.
Care and Maintenance:
- After each use, dry well and store in a dry space.
- For the first 5 uses, avoid leaving food inside after cooking to season the pot.
- Avoid using seasoned foods like curry or kimchi for the first 5 uses to prevent discoloration and odors.
- Do not soak the earthen pot in detergent water; wash and rinse only.
