Directions of Use:

To season a Ginpo Claypot:

1. Fill the pot with clean water (about 80%) and bring to a boil.
2. Add wheat flour mixed with water, simmer for about five minutes, and let it cool.
3. Wash and dry the pot before use.

Care and Maintenance:

• After each use, dry well and store in a dry space.
• For the first 5 uses, avoid leaving food inside after cooking to season the pot.
• Avoid using seasoned foods like curry or kimchi for the first 5 uses to prevent discoloration and odors.
• Do not soak the earthen pot in detergent water; wash and rinse only.
