Promotion Period:
The free delivery offer is valid from 29th September,2024 to15th October,2024.
Eligibility:
The free delivery promotion is available exclusively for customers within the Auckland Metro Zone.
The promotion applies only to orders placed through yuzhen.co.nz official website, physical stores, or customer service line.
The promotion is applicable to qualifying appliances only, as specified on the product page.
Delivery Timeframe:
Free delivery will be provided within 5-7 business days, subject to stock availability and delivery schedule in the Auckland Metro Zone.
Delivery dates may be affected by holidays, weekends, and unforeseen circumstances.
Qualifying Purchases:
Free delivery applies to purchases over 50 NZD, excluding installation services or other service fees.
The promotion does not apply to clearance items unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions:
Free delivery is limited to standard deliveries only. Any special delivery requirements, such as installation, relocation, or disposal of old appliances, upstairs delivery may incur additional fees.
Deliveries outside the Auckland Metro Zone are not eligible for this promotion.
Non-Transferable: This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Cancellation and Returns:
If a product is returned or an order is cancelled, the standard delivery fee may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a faulty product.
